北京华微世纪科技有限公司（简称：华微世纪），是一家专业从事企业信息一体化管理平台、智能制造系统解决方案的国家级高新技术企业。
华微世纪的创始人彭波先生毕业于清华大学，曾任北人印刷机械股份有限公司计算机中心主任、北京京城机电控股公司科技与信息部副部长、技术研究院副院长等职，主导了公司“十五”、“十一五”、“十二五”IT规划的编制和落地工作。从2000年开始，持续开发出了适合中国本土企业的ERP、MES、OA、CRM、QMS、WMS、All-In-One（一体化平台）、Iportal（门户平台）等软件产品与解决方案。在2013年，正式注册成立北京华微世纪科技有限公司，公司的高管均来自于大型上市企业的经营管理者和大型国有上市企业的技术研发者。

岗位职责：
1． 负责制定并实施公司技术发展规划，设计审核各种技术方案和文档；
2． 指导、培训、监督、考核技术，提高技术部门工作效率；
3． 负责制定本部门人员岗位职责，考评员工的工作业绩并据实提出奖罚意见；
4． 及时指导、处理、协调和解决开发过程中出现的技术问题，确保开发工作的正常进行；
