岗位职责:
1. 负责制定并实施公司技术发展规划,设计审核各种技术方案和文档;
2. 指导、培训、监督、考核技术,提高技术部门工作效率;
3. 负责制定本部门人员岗位职责,考评员工的工作业绩并据实提出奖罚意见;
4. 及时指导、处理、协调和解决开发过程中出现的技术问题,确保开发工作的正常进行;
5. 根据公司的经营管理目标和任务,统筹本部门的工作安排,制定工作计划,组织技术力量解决技术问题、技术管理问题,建立技术管理制度,就重大技术事项向公司领导提出决策建议;
6. 主持技术部例会。制定技术部各项工作计划;
7. 参与大型项目谈判和对外技术交流。
主要权限:
1. 对分管工作具有决定权;
2. 对部内业务工作或技术问题处理上发生的任何争执意见有决策权;
3. 有权对下属的任免、调薪进行提议;
4. 有对本部门员工工作的领导、监督、考核权;
5. 有权代表公司签定技术协作合同和参加有关部门召集的技术会议;
6. 有权处理公司领导交办的其他事务。
职位要求:
1. 计算机或相关专业毕业,本科学历,至少3年以上工作经验,英语四级以上;
2. 开发语言及能力:
(1)精通 C#,ASP.NET开发,至少2年以上B/S开发经验;
(2)精通 Javascript,HTML、CSS等Web 页面开发语言,具有应用Ajax,Jquery等进行开发的经验;
(3)精通SQL Server数据库,具有独立开发存储过程、触发器和函数的能力。
3. 有以下工作经验者优先考虑:
从事过OA、CRM、ERP、MES、QMS、WMS等企业应用软件开发;
4. 良好的软件设计思想和口头表达能力,有上进心、责任心,自学能力强,善于与人沟通,有团队合作精神。
